Currently, all Muslims resident of Canberra and Queanbeyan can apply for AIJS membership.
What Services are provided?
At present, our primary service is providing the burial plot only.
How can I become a member?
In order to become a member, you must fill out the online form on our website: ACT Islamic Janaaza Services and pay the initial membership fee.

How the AIJS system works?
AIJS is a sharia-compliant community funded non-profit organization. Our funding sources are

- Charitable Donations
We take every safeguards to ensure that our model remains Sharia-compliant and sustainable.
When will my services be activated?
Your membership should be active in 3-5 days. You will be notified when your membership is active via email.
If financially solvent family of a deceased member wants to bear the funeral plot related expenses, what should they do?
Membership claims are only activated by applying and notifying AIJS. If financially solvent family members want to bear the expenses associated with the funeral plot they are able to do so.

Can an International Student be a member of AIJS?
Yes, international students living and studying in Canberra and Queenbeyan can apply for AIJS membership.
What should I do if a member dies at home?

If a member is blessed with another child what must he/she do?
